I've got so many encyclopedias about fauna and flora which I probably read more than 20 times :P I also love watching nature documentaries (including others) on TV channels like Viasat Nature, Nat Geo (Wild), Animal Planet, Digi Animal World and Discovery.

I would love living in a cabin/cottage somewhere in the mountains or near a forest (and a river). It's something I wanted since I was little.
